View all FAQsYou may cancel your booking at any time in writing by emailing offer@airporttransferoslo.com. Cancellation charges may apply — the supplier cancellation policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
If cancelled more than 24 hours before the booked outbound transfer date and time, there will be a €10.00 administration charge (or €5.00 per booking leg), and the rest of the value of the booking will be refunded to you if already paid.
If cancelled within 24 hours of the booked outbound transfer date and time (including "no show" bookings), your booking will incur a 100% cancellation charge. Any amendments need to be made three days or more prior to travel.
Once your booking is confirmed, the price paid will include either a one-way transfer or a return transfer, depending on your booking preferences. A return ticket covers both the arrival and departure journeys for the selected route. Our shared shuttle services are priced per passenger, while private vehicles like taxis and minibuses are priced per vehicle.
The total price paid is all-inclusive and covers all gratuities and tolls, eliminating the need for any additional tipping to your driver. Please note that additional charges may apply for services such as child seats (where available), excess luggage and sports equipment.
ATO is an online booking platform that simplifies the process of arranging your transfer. Once your booking is confirmed, the details are electronically sent to one of the trusted local suppliers in your destination. The contract is then established directly between you and the supplier, who will verify the booking information and, if everything is accurate, carry out the transfer in accordance with the terms and conditions. It's essential to ensure that all details provided during the booking process are correct. If you have any questions or require assistance, contact offer@airporttransferoslo.com.
Your booking voucher is generated and emailed to you once you have completed your reservation. Please carry it with you on the day of travel, either printed or on your mobile device.
The voucher contains the passenger's primary name, the pricing information and the route details from pick-up to final destination, along with arrival and departure instructions and contact information.
Private transfers: our team at Airport Transfer Oslo is committed to providing you with a seamless door-to-door service. However, due to certain local regulations, there may be occasions when we are unable to offer this service directly. In such instances, our drivers will ensure your drop-off and pick-up at the nearest accessible location. Please note that we do not take responsibility for transporting luggage during the transfer.
Shared shuttle transfers: we aim to provide a door-to-door service whenever possible, but local restrictions may occasionally prevent this. Shared shuttle transfers are not available to private addresses, villas, timeshare apartments, rural hotels or campsites — however, drop-offs at nearby hotels are available, so please indicate a hotel as your destination when booking.
