These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the airport transfer, chauffeur, limousine, concierge and car with driver services provided by Airport Transfer Oslo ("ATO", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our services
Airport Transfer Oslo, Org. nr. 912 640 949, Selma Ellefsens vei 6, 0581 Oslo, Norway, provides private airport transfers, chauffeur service, limousine service, concierge service and car with driver bookings in Oslo and across Norway. We reserve the right to modify, expand or discontinue any part of these services at any time.
3. Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Bookings can be requested through our website, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive our written confirmation and booking voucher.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information, including flight numbers, pick-up addresses and passenger numbers.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are fixed per vehicle and confirmed before your journey. Gratuities and tolls are included.
- Additional charges may apply for child seats, excess luggage, sports equipment or changes to the agreed itinerary.
- Payment is made as agreed at the time of booking.
5. Waiting time and delays
For airport pickups we monitor your flight and include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time for delays. If a significant delay means the driver cannot wait, we will contact you with an alternative solution.
6. Cancellations and amendments
- Cancellations must be made in writing to offer@airporttransferoslo.com.
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the booked transfer incur an administration fee of €10.00 (or €5.00 per booking leg); the remaining amount is refunded if already paid.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked transfer, and no-shows, incur a 100% cancellation charge.
- Amendments should be made at least three days prior to travel.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time and location.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings during the journey.
- Smoking and behaviour that endangers the driver or vehicle are not permitted.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for loss, damage, injury or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures or mechanical breakdown, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Norwegian law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics and logos — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
10. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
